Environment Variables Temp Files

2000 Server, Citrix, Term Services

According to MS KB articles, if you change the location
of the temp files under system variables, it changes them
for all. This is not the case. Our situation is that we
have installed applications on a citrix server pounding
the Documents & Settings.....Local...Temp directories of
the users. We are wanting to relocate this without having
to relocate the profiles. If you logon at the server as
the user and set the User variables.. it works. We just
don't want to have to log on as over 100 users to set
this one at a time. Is there another way?

Try inserting setx.exe into your logon script. It comes with the
Win2000 Resource Kit.
