If you tell the envelope wizard to add the envelope to your document, does
the line appear on the screen? If so, take a look in your AutoText for an
entry called EnvelopeExtra1 or EnvelopeExtra2. If one or both of these
exist, insert them into a new document and see what they are.
Does this happen with all envelopes?
What kind of printer are you using?
When you print the envelope, does it go into the printer with the short edge
going in or with a long edge going in?
