I HAVE AN APPLICATION RUNNING FROM WHICH I NEED TO PRINT
ENVELOPES. THE APPLICATION IS AN ACCESS 2000 APPLICATION
RUNNING UNDER AN XP OPERATING SYSTEM AND TIED TO DATA ON A
NETWORK SERVER, WINDOWS 2000 SBS. ONCE I CANCEL AN
ACCOUNT IN THE APPLICATION, I NEED TO SEND A CANCELLATION
LETTER TO THE LAST KNOWN ADDRESS AND I WANT TO PRINT THE
ENVELOPE FOR THAT CANCELLATION. I COULD CHANGE TO WINDOW
ENVELOPES, BUT WOULD PREFER TO REMAIN ON NON-WINDOWED
ENVELOPES. THE IDEA WOULD BE TO FIND THE ACCOUNT AND THEN
CLICK THE "PRINT ENVELOPE" BUTTON. I WOULD LIKE TO DO
THIS THROUGH ACCESS, NOT THROUGH MAILMERGE WITH WORD. ANY
IDEAS.

Please turn off you Cap Lock key.
Typing in all caps is considered shouting, and no one likes to be
shouted at.
I also found your message to be extremely difficult to read.

Now, what is your specific problem.
Printing an envelope is no different than printing any other report.
Simply choose the envelope size in the Print Setup, as well as the
envelope orientation and set the left and top margins to print the
address in the appropriate position on the envelope.
