I need to be able to print addresses onto an envelope directly from Microsoft Access. It is for a mailing list informing customers just general information about the company. i'm really struggling. i've asked the assistant in as many different ways as i can think of, and i really do have no idea how to go about doing the task. so please somebody help because computers just hate me!

If you have MS Word on your computer, the solution is easy. When you
have your addresses displayed on the screen in your Access report,
click on the blue "W" (OfficeLinks) in the Print Preview tool bar.
This will push everything over to MS Word and you can access envelopes
by going to "Tools" and then "Evelopes and Labels". Hope this helps.
 
Envelope is simply a folded piece of paper you can print
on. Thus, you can design an Access Report to print the
addressing details. Make sure you use the "Force New
Page" on the Detail Section so that each Record is printed
on a separate envelope.

I need to do the same as you and all I am able to do is get labels. Mine is for X-mas cards. Did you find out how to do it directly to envelopes yet?
