When I make an envelope with address and return address on it the only way
I can save it is to add it to the document then save. The trouble is it
leaves a 2nd page (8 1/2 X 11) with the envelope file, and it wants to print
that second page always.
Is there a different way to save an envelope or is there a way to get rid
of the second page in the file?
Thanks in advance, DC

You can, with some difficulty, get rid of the second page (see
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/WorkWithSections.htm), or you can
print just the envelope using either "Current page" or "Pages: 0" or Pages:
s1". If this is an envelope you want to save for reuse, you'd do better to
set it up as an envelope from scratch. Create a new document or template
using the appropriate envelope size as the paper size, set the margins
appropriately, and add the return address and delivery address using the
Envelope Return and Envelope Address styles. See
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/EnvelopeFormat.htm.

Thank you very much. The easy way is to not use the Envelope & Label wizard,
and just start a new doc and set the page up as a envelope. Kind of an odd
way not to use the wizard, but I guess what ever works. Thanks, Doug
