Envelopes for greeting cards

Hello,
Can someone out there tell me how to make an envelope
template for quarter fold greeting cards?
 
This sounds more like a Word question than an Outlook question...in Word,
you can set a custom envelope size, so you'd just have to figure out what
size envelope you'd need for a quarter folder card (slightly larger than
4.25 x 5.5 inches, for example) and then put those values into the custom
envelope settings.
