Envelopes feature malfunction

The Envelopes and Labels feature is malfunctioning,
showing only the Envelopes Options window without the
usual print envelopes window. When clicking OK to get
out of that window I'm returned to the top of the file
rather than the highlit address.

How can I get this feature to function properly?

Hi Jt,

You'll find people will consider your question more
willingly if you provide more information. One piece that's
missing is which version of Word we're dealing with.

Is this happening all the time, or just under particular
circumstances?

Check in the Windows Printers folder and make sure you have
a DEFAULT PRINTER designated.
