Using the Knowledge Base article that WordMVP Cindy referenced in an earlier post, I successfully changed the layout of an address book entry when I am **inserting that address from the address book into a Word document**. But, I want to know how, from "Envelopes and Labels," to have the company name included when I select a name from the address book. This application would be for just printing a single envelope from the "Envelopes and Labels" tool.

HOW TO: Modify the Layout of an Address Book Entry in Word
2000 [Q212345]

Save the following as an Autotext entry called AddressLayout

{<PR_GIVEN_NAME> <PR_SURNAME>
}{<PR_COMPANY_NAME>
}{<PR_POSTAL_ADDRESS>}

(The three lines are intentional - copy and paste the above block)
The curly brackets will ensure that if there is no Company name, it will not
leave a space.
