envelope wizard not importing outlook contacts

the envelope wizard address book is only opening a small
percentage of my outlook contacts, I need the whole
contact list. can anyone help? i'm using outlook 2002
with windows xp.
 
Which Contacts are missing?
How many Contacts Folders do you have in your profile?
 
Hello,
Almost all the contacts are missing. I have about a
total of 100 contacts and about 20 are showing in the
envelope wizard address book. I have 1 contact folder in
my outlook profile. The missing contacts appear to be
random, but i'm not sure. Thank you.

Clean install or an upgrade from IMO version of Outlook 2000?
