Envelope Printing

Am trying to print envelopes through the MS Word using one
of my Contacts subfolders.

Some of the addresses do not show up in the form. Are
missing the street, city, state and zip.

Only shows the Name and country??? Also missing the Mr or
Mrs. File looks ok in the folder and some seem to have
the information ok??

Any help would be appreciated
 
We can't tell from what little you posted. Only you know which fields you
selected for the merge. I'd suggest you post how you constructed the merge
to one of the Word groups on mail merges.
 
Not even trying to do a merge....just a single envelope

That uses mail merge.

I bring up MS Word, then Tools, then Envelopes and Labels,
the form shows my return address correctly and I click
onto the Address Book Icon and chose the Contacts folder
whiich has the addresses I want to use. I pisk the user
address I want and click OK or Enter and the user address
appears in the Address window (normally) and in some
cases. But some cases the address is incomplete which is
my problem?? I am just trying to do a single envelope??
 
You need to post your Outlook version/mail support mode and your Word
version.
You need to examine your Contacts Records to see which is the default
mailing address.

Using MS Office 2000 SR1 and the Outlook that came with it
although I have tried to keep the updates up.

Now understand about the merging and that is working OK
once I have it set up.

The contacts Default address is Ok and I understand that??
 
Thanks Russ for your assistance and I did get it figured
out last night with your proding....just diddn't fully
understand what I was trying to do.....problem was within
the merge which was what you kept trying to say.

Thanks Russ.....I got it figured out last night. The
problem was with me not understanding what I was trying to
do. The merge corrected it and made it even better than I
was trying for. Appreciate you help
