I want to put some address in the Envelope-Lables program in Word 2002 so I don't have to keep retyping them in. But when I click on the Insert Address icon in the Envelope window, it says I have to log on to Microsoft Exchange first. Is that something online and is not an address feature within the Envelope program? How do you log on to Microsoft Exchange

I tried this and it made my problem worse. I used to have to choose the contacts under Outlook address book in the work envelope and lable wizard...now it just says Outlook address book and does not have any addresses.

I'm not sure but you could try this, when you click on the "Address button",
and the "Select Name" dialog appears, click in the "Show Names from the:"
pop down menu, click one of the contact listing (if there is more than one)
to see the different contact data.
