Envelope Address Box

Is there a way to change the default setting for the envelope address box? I want to move the address up but I don't want to have to change that feature each time. We use labels that are the same size as envelopes but when you put a label in, the address appears too low. I want to change the default to 2" all the time. Also, I thought I changed the default font for envelopes but it always goes back to Arial. Any suggestions on this?
 
The position of the envelope address frame is part of the Envelope Address
style. You can modify the style and save the changes to Normal.dot. Format |
Style | Modify: Format | Frame.

I'm a bit surprised by the question but as your labels are the same size as
envelopes, I can see why you use the envelope icon to print labels.

Have you tried using the 'print labels' icon? It needs a bit more work, but
once set up it can remember different specifications.
