Envelop...

Good day all,

I have a contacts database which contains address fields (First Name, Last
Name, Address, City, Province, Country, Postal Code). I would like to
create a button that would open a word session and pass this information to
"envelops and labels ..." tool so as to be able to print out envelops with
the specific contacts' mailing address. How can this be done?

Hi Daniel,

I suggest to initiate from Word: In Word go to View => Toolbars => Database.
Now find the 'insert database' icon (left from the 'update field' icon with
the red exclamation mark). Click on 'insert database' and then click on 'Get
Data'. Then click on 'New source...' and select 'Other/advanced' and choose
Microsoft Jet 4.0 OLE DB Provider, click Next and select your Access
database, select the table or query and save. You now continue with the
Query Options etc.

You have the data available to Word and you can use it to print labels...
