I am deploying Windows Software Update Services to our enterprise and we are
using security group to assign the group policies to. Each site has a few
security group that specfic computers will belong to. The WSUS Group
policies will not apply until the computer reboots (that's how computers
enumerate there group memberships). I wanted to find a script that would
allow the computer to enumerate it's membership without a reboot. Does
anyone know how this can be done?

I don't think you know what you are asking for.

What I think you really want is for the computers' local security tokens to have
the group memberships of groups that the computers were added to after they were
last rebooted.

You can't do it. It is just like the user's interactive security token, it is
only calculated on actual logon for interactive use.
