Entry Replication of several Calendars

We currently have a Public calendar thats used for everything however I have
been asked to setup a separate Board Room booking Calendar which I have done.
however how do I get all entries to be replicated in personal calendars and
also the main Public Calendar.

Also is it possible for all those entries to be color coded in the main
calendar

You'll need to purchase a tool for that, unless you want to write your own.
