Weird Problem...

4 Windows 2000 PCs all hooked up to the same domain, network, subnet,
same settings, same DHCP server, auto ip and dns, etc.

PC #1 can open 'entire network/micorosoft windows network/domain' just
fine, it instantly shows all of the computers in the domain.
PC #2 can open it, but it sits there for like 2 minutes before it lists
the computers in the domain.
PC #3 can open it, but it just shows a blank page and doesnt nothing.
PC #4 can open it, but it just shows a blank page and doesnt nothing.

Have you run IPCONFIG /ALL on each PC and compared the results to ensure
that the PCs are indeed getting the right settings (especially DNS) from
DHCP? Is there a WINS server present?

They all have the same settings for gateway and DNS.

There is no WINS on the network. It is a 2000 and 2003 only network.

Any firewalls present on any of the PCs that don't browse properly? Are
they all on the same network address segment? No routers or other hardware
between them?

New update...

Now all 4 PCs cannot see any computers listed in the Entire Network
List.

They can ping by name fine... (ping Server01, ping Workstation01)

If you type in the address manually, you can still browse the shares
over the newtwork (\\Server01\ , \\Workstation01 )

Everything else on the network works (Internet, Shares, Email,
Exchange, Remote Desktop, etc) but the PCs just don't list any other
PCs on the domain in the 'My Networks Places/Entire Network/Microsoft
Windows Network/MyDomain' folder.

There are no software firewalls.

They are all on the same Domain, Subnet, and plugged into the same
switch.

Problem Solved...

I used the BROWSTAT.EXE tool from the support tools on the Windows CD.
I ran 'BROWSTAT sta' on the workstations and servers to find out who
they thought the master browser and the PDC was.

I found a Windows 2000 Server that was configured as the PDC. The
server also thought it was the Master Browser (although every other PC
pointed to a different Server as the Master Browser) I transferred the
PDC role to the main server (which the workstations were using as the
master browser) and everything worked.

I learned a lot about the BROWSTAT tool and you should definitely use
it if you are having any problems with your Master Browser and/or Empty
Network Lists.

I also learned that it is best to have your Master Browser and PDC be
the same server.

I'm glad to hear you got it sorted out, but am a bit puzzled about the
resolution since the server filling the PDC emulator role should be
announcing itself as the master browser to the rest of the network. You
might want to look at event logs to see why that wasn't happening
automatically since it may herald bigger problems with your DCs.
