Entering Movie Video Clips to a Powerpoint Slide

Does anyone know how to add a video clip of a movie (i.e Groundhog Day) into a Powerpoint slide?
 
there is a movie and soind option on the insert
menu,alternatively you could ownload microsoft producer

Yes

It was easy. First I saved the movie as a Windows Media File, but I'm pretty sure PP would accept most formats. Then, from PP I selected "Insert", "Movie from file" and chose the clip. PP did the rest. The movie can play automatically when that slide comes up, or after activation by the mouse.
