The fields on a form will allow me to enter only a certain amount of text. How can I increase this?

Presuming that the control on your form is bound to a field in a table, open
the table in design view and increase the width of the field.

Open the table in design view.
Select the problem field.
In the lower pane of table design view, change the Size from the default
(50) to a larger numbers.

If you want to store more than 255 characters in the field, change the Field
Type from Text to Memo.
