Entering data en masse on a regular basis

I use Outlook mostly for its reminder feature, since I tend to forget work I
need to do. Some of my activities can have extensive sets of sub-activities.
That is, if I teach a course online, I know that I need to do X on Monday, Y
on Tuesday, etc., for the first week, Z on Monday the second week, etc. When
I receive notification of a class I am offered, I would like to be able to
plop the whole schedule into Outlook at once. Is this possible? Thanks.
 
It's possible, but not as a built-in feature. It's something you could add by writing some VBA code.
