Entering Contact Data Automatically?

Often I have contact info that I can highlight. What I do is paste it
at the bottom of a new contact and then manually fill in the contact
fields (in Outlook). Is there a way or program that will fill in the
contact fields automatically once I highlight the contact info? Any
suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks!

Yes, I was hoping for a way to get the address and phone numbers in
automatically as well.
