But note that this inserts a DATE field that will update every time you open
the document. If you want a snapshot, select the field immediately upon
insertion and press Ctrl+Shift+F9 to unlink it.
Also, in order to include the time along with the date, you must have this
format selected in Control Panel | Regional Options | Date, which might not
be practical. Instead, you might want to construct a DATE field with the
appropriate time/date format switch and save it as an AutoText entry. For
