Enter Network Password

On my profile I don't get this but on my wife's profile she is receiving this prompt asking for the server and the username and password. I'm wondering if anyone knows how to disable this. She is able to send and recieve after doing the prompt but she has to do this everytime. I verified the settings and they are correct. I also do not have a network as this is my only computer hooked up to the internet.
 
Try deleteing her profile and recreating it and see if tht
works. I've had success with that.
