"Enter Network Password"

The box "Enter Network Passwork" appears on my screen
every 30 seconds or so. I enter the server name, user
name, and password and click the "save this password in
your password list" but it still appears always. What
can I do to stop this?

You'll need to be more descriptive please.

When do you get this?
What are you loggin into?
What exactly are you doing at the time this happens?
Is this thru a browser?
Are you in My Network Places?
Are you clicking on a share?
When you are accessing a specific application installed?

If none of the above, please specify and please do elaborate to bettr
understand your scenario and a possible answer.
