enter network password in outlook

every time I hit Send and Receive, I get the enter network passord message
and if I dont click ok 5 times it says send receive error and will not let me
get my emails. I am hitting ok 100 times a day. Please help.

I posted just above with the same problem. It just started today and will
NOT stop. Driving me NUTS.
