"enter network password" does not appear

when i try to logon a webpage of my company through
Internet, "enter network password" does not appear for me
to input password.

I tried to use winXP and win2k with IE6. Both have the
same problem

How to solve this problem??

Configure not to save any cookies. Or put that domain in the edit list
as Always Block. Just look under "Internet Options -> Privacy" and
under either the Advanced settings (for global behavior) or under Sites
(I think it was Edit for Windows XP pre-SP2) to add the domain with
Always Block. Then close all instances of the browser and make sure to
delete the cookie for that domain if it is still around from your prior
session.

If this is your web site then you should have added an option to the
login page which is selectable by the visitor to NOT create and save
cookies. For example, if you go travelling then you should select the
option in Hotmail or Yahoo Mail to *not* save a local cookie; otherwise,
the next person using the same computer after you leave can use your
webmail account without having to login and without having to install a
keylogger before you showed up.

You might also try remembering to logout before closing the browser.
Closing the browser won't necessarily end the session and log you out.
Logout, then close.
