I always encounter an "Enter Network Password" dialog box when clicking on
Send/Receive button. What is this and how can I get rid of it?
I recently switched ISP's from Roadrunner to SBC Yahoo! I did not have this
problem with RR but it appeared when I changed to SBC. SBC asks for Outgoing
Server Authentication and RR didn't. Could this be part of my problem? How
can I overcome?
The Dialog box appears filled in with the correct SBC Server, User Name and
Password information. I have to press OK several times as it disappears and
reappears repeatedly while my e-mails are being downloaded. I have several
e-mail address subaccounts.
I am running Outlook 2002 (10.6515.6626) SP3 on Windows XP Professional.
Thanks, in advance, for any help you can provide me.
