Help! Every 5 minutes a box pops up that says, "Enter
Network Password" at the top. Underneath it says,
"Server", then "User Name" then "Password". It has a
checkbox with the option to "Save this password in your
password list" with an "OK" or a "cancel".

I have responded to this box in every possible way and
nothing will make it go away. I appreciate any help
anyone can provide.

Thank you!

I'm trying to resolve this issue too. Please let me know if you
experience the same as I do. Try to wait a few moments with the
prompt on your desktop... a minute or two... then click OK. If it
connects thats whats happening to me too. If it doesn't, please wait
some more and try again. Let me know what you find.

I think its a timeout issue, or that the mail server connection is
left open from a last connect effort. I think that once the
connection times itself out, it will allow outlook to once again
connect successfully.

This didn't start happening to me until I upgraded from 2000 to 2002 -
and installed ActiveSync.

Please let me know if this is similar for any of you. Microsoft and
Dell want me to pay support fees to help them debug this issue....
I'd rather not thank you.

Mike
