Enter key quit's working

Can anybody help me, my enter key stops working after about
30 min. I have tried several keyboards and they all do the
same thing. If I reboot it will work for about 30 minutes
and then again quit's. I am running Windows XP Home
addition. Does anybody have a clue whats happening.

One user has reported that removing Hotfix KB828028 via Add/Remove Programs, resolved this issue.
