First things first, ibelieve.
Check for a simple hardware failure.
Have you tried unplugging and re-plugging in the keyboard (sometimes the
plugs work themselves loose).
Do you have another keyboard you can plug in and try on your system?
(Sometimes they just wear out)
Chances are that these will fix the problem. If it does not, than please
post back and we'll take it a couple of steps further.
