Enter key nonfunctional on IE6

I am able to enter text into the search or text entry boxes
on all web sites, but hitting the enter key or clicking the
enter button prompts no activity. Clicking on other
buttons works fine. Thus, I am unable to input user name
and passwords to gain access to some websites using IE6. I
also have Opera on my computer and all of these functions
on websites work fine. I have reloaded IE6, run the latest
virus scan, Spybot and Spyblaster with no improvement. I
could not find this problem addressed in other entries.




Any ideas on what to do?

Good idea, but I tried this and still have the same
