"Enter Key" is not moving down when I enter the formula

Dear all,

Does anybody knows how to fix my problem in excel?my problem is when I use
the enter key when I enter a formula. its not moving down and even Im not
entering a formula when I press the "Enter Key" the cursor is not moving down.
