Window XP is my operating system and I am using Access 2002, a program on
Microsoft Office Profession.
I want to open a cell (memo) to enter a few lines of text, but when I go to
SHIFT + F2 KEY the cell will not open.
This method works on the SAME operating system and program at my work place.
can anyone HELP?

Shift+F2 should work. There are several possibilities for your problem:

1. If you have a special keyboard like the MS Office keyboard, you need to
make sure the F Lock is down or the function keys are mapped differently..
2. You have another program running that uses the F2 key or the Shift+F2
combination.
3. The software for your keyboard needs updating.
4. The F2 key on your keyboard doesn't work.
