"Enter"-button doesn`t work

Hi everyone out there! I`ve got a very special problem wich I kindly ask your help for. My "Enter"- button doesn`t accept any orders from me when trying to enter URL`s and also doesn`t scroll down when writing e-mails. Has anyone of you a good idea what the matter can be? I`m using Windows XP home as OS and I appreciate every kindly - meant help from you very gratefully. Friendly yours Klaus!

Well try another keyboard then! I would have thought that was obvious!
