It should work if you have the POP3 account setup with E-Omninet.
-Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)-: yifan.net
-Incoming mail server (POP3)-: yifan.net

In Windows Mail:
1. Click Tools.
2. Click Accounts.
3. Click Add.
4. Click Email Account.
