Enlarging/Reducing Printer

I'm searching for a "PSC" printer that will allow me to either enlarge
or reduce the size of a copied photo without going through a computer.

If you mean you want to copy a physical print then any of the HP
Officejet or PSC units will provide selectable scaling, typically from
50%-200% but some models have 50%-400% range. If you want to print
photo's from a camera card while zooming and cropping from the printer
you will want a model that has a color LCD. I know the Officejet
7310/7410 and Photosmart 2610/2710 have this feature. See
