Enlarging Photos

I am sure that there was a photo enlarging software that
came with windows that you could right click on the
picture and choose to blow it up to 800x600 or even
higher. Please help!

probably so, but if your camera is not a high megapixel

it will not be a good picture.
 
Forget Windoze and get Adobe Photoshop or if you're not a millionaire,
Photoshop Elements.

This software would also solve most of the other problems reported on this
group. It is very easy to learn it's so intuitive, and the full version can
do almost anything. That's why it's the Industry Standard. Just about every
image you see from a flyposter to a book cover and from a huge ad on a
hoarding down to a postage stamp will have been processed using Photoshop.
