enlarging button

I had a question answered here last week, thanks to Jon R.
Kennedy, so I'll try again.
When you land your cursor on a picture, at the top, from
the left, comes a tool bar with print, send, etc. options.
Also at the bottom right appears a square orange and red
box with 4 blue arrows on it to enlarge or shrink the
picture.
This is on my computer with IE 6 (upgraded from IE5).
My brother has a computer with IE6 original on it. His
does not have this enlarge box feature and never has. Can
anyone tell me how he can install this feature. Thanks

Perhaps he hasn't set the option?

IE-Tools-Internet Options-Advanced.
The option is "Enable Automatic Image Resizing"
