I am a Canadian working in Ecuador. We recently purchased
new computers for our office which have XP installed. They
have the recovery disc and Microsoft documentation, but are
in Spanish.
Is it possible to reconfigure XP for use by English
speakers or do you need to purchase an upgrade or download?
Many thanks.

One cannot upgrade from one language version of Windows to
another language version. You'll need to purchase a "full version"
of Windows XP English and then perform a "clean install".
