I enabled the Japanese language so I could get and send e-
mails in both languages. However, when I am looking at
English language websites, many times Japanese characters
are interspersed with the English. This is very annoying.
How can I keep this from happening?
 
Once you see Japanese charactor on IE, just select View > Encode > Western Language so that unknown
Japanese charactors will be shown as correct English. Also you can adjust Language Setting in Internet Option

It is not the subject of WindowsXP though..
