enforcing automatic updates

Hi All,

I'm trying to find how to enforce the use of windows automatic updates
using GPO. I've seen there are all but 3 settings in the windows update
PO and they are to -prevent- updates.

What I'd like to do is to enforce all the domain users to have automatic
updates to "notify and download" to the workstations but not
automatically install, and have the users forced to install updates and
shutdown when they shut down the pc at the end of the day.

Does anyone know how to do this with GPO?
