My company is running a Windows 2000 Domain, I have
enabled a default Domain policy to enforce the
homepage of our corporate Intranet site.
There are no separate OUs in our domain hence only one
policy should apply, I have set the default
policy to no over ride, it should propagate to all
authenticated users, regardless of local computer
settings.
The problem I am encountering is that - despite having
configured as above I am finding certain users
are finding that their Homepage is being automatically
reset to msn.com. This happens even when I set
it to disable computer configuration settings.
Are there any settings that I may be missing, any
additional settings that may be conflicting within the
Domain Policy that I need to be aware of (eg Windows
Update etc).
Any pointers would be much appreciated.
