N Nees May 17, 2007 #2 Hello, Outlook sometimes doesn't shut down properly. It stays active in the background. You can see it when press Ctrl-Alt-Del at the processes-tab. More info at: http://www.slipstick.com/problems/close.htm I've downloaded 'Outlook Shutdown Addin' at: http://www.daveswebsite.com/software/olshutdown/index.shtml Outlook now shutsdown properly after closing it. Key for 'Outlook Shutdown Addin': 96B15384C44490C8FC620E8DD94EBC95 Good luck with it. Greetings Nees
