End user modificatins to web page

I have a client who does not have Front Page as I do who wants me to create
some kind of form in front page, excel etc. that he can access and modify
it's contents. For example it would list condo units available and there
prices. He wants to be able to do the modifications on a daily basis himself.

Is this possible and if yes can you tell me how?
