end of worksheet problem

Is there a way to reset the end of a worksheet?

Before when clicking CTRL+END it took me to the last cell tha
contained info. Which is actually Q742 now when I hit CTRL+END i
takes me to X65536. There is nothing visible in that cell. Is there
way to reset the end of worksheet to Q742
 
Select everything beyond Q742 (ctrl shift down arrow)
edit>delete, everything to the right (ctrl shift right arrow)
edit>delete, save workbook
