hello everyone

I am facing a problem
The problem is i had encrypted a folder in windows xp using the default
windows encryption method. the folder had quiet a few private documents and
some photos.Unknowingly that i have encrypted the contents of the folder i
formatted my c drive where my windows xp was installed and reinstalled
again.Now when i open that folder i can see the contents of the folder but
unable to open them.........

So please suggest me a way to decrypt the contents of the
folder........these are extremely important
document...........................

I suggest you ask on a Windows newsgroup rather than one about .NET
programming.
