encryption problem

I accidently deleted my profile folder ( I don't know how it happened), and all the encrypted file in my stand-alone computer cann't be accessed. I find some posts about this issue, but I am very new to it, and need specification about this case.

Log in as administrator and you should be able to read them (administrator
being marked by default a recovery agent).
