Open Help and Support - search for 'EFS' - there is a lot of info there.

Of course, you need XP Pro (not Home) to get EFS.

And I would add read it all very, very carefully. EFS does a very good job
for what it is intended for, and if you screw up you could lose your
encrypted data forever.
