Contact itunes and ask them.

I occasionally get the same message. I find that if I restart my computer,
I-Tunes opens fine the next time. If that doesn't happen for you, I suggest
reinstalling I-Tunes on your computer. You won't lose your music if you do
this since the music files are stored separately.

It's that stupid Dr. Watson that's giving the message. Bluemariner is
right, simply reboot and the problem should go away. It happens to me
often, as does iTunes crashing the system ever now and then. Often my
installation of XP Home will crash when I insert a memory stick. I feel
it's the way of computers. ;-)

The first thing to try would be to uninstall and then reinstall the
problematic application. If that doesn't help, contact the makers of
iTunes for assistance.
