Encountered unknown error

While attempting to down load & listen to Music off of an Entertainers Website file is "sny_02.ram" why wont WMP reconize this file & or play it. And can this be formatted to play with WMP

..RAM is Real Media's own preparatory format, as such you can only play it in
Real Media Player.

You can get it from www.real.com install at your own risk, it's not the most
optimized and bug-free software known to man. I personally can't stand it
at all.

Send an e-mail off to the webmaster of the site, and ask them to at least
provide more options then just Real Media!
