I am using my own certificate authority to generate a
certificate for my webserver and to generate certificates
for end users also.
I modifice winnt\certsrv scripts slightly to make it
easier for my end users to obtain a certificate and added
an aspmail script to automatically notify me when I have a
certificate request pending. If there is any interest, I
